At LEORA, we take great pride in the quality of our beauty products and oils. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Sealed Goods Exemption In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken after delivery. Therefore, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Defective or Damaged Products We do accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements if your product arrives defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at worldofleora@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos of the defective/damaged product
We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days with a resolution — either a replacement or a full refund.
